To contact support in-app, log in, click the Help icon or visit app.sitevibes.com/support, then open a new ticket and submit the form. View and reply to support requests via the Open tab or by responding to automated emails when agents reply.
How to contact support in-app
- When you're logged in to your account, select the Help icon in the top right of the app or navigate to app.sitevibes.com/support.
- In your support portal you can open a new ticket by clicking the New Ticket button in the top right of the page.
- Fill out the form and submit your ticket
How to view and reply to support requests
- Once a ticket is created you will see all of you open tickets in the Open tab. You can click into any ticket to view replies, status and reply to any comments.
- You can also reply by responding to automated emails sent to you when an agent replies to your ticket
