How to delete, merge, and export a profile

In this article we will show you how to delete, merge, and export profiles in SiteVibes in order to keep your account organized.

Merge 2 profiles

There may be times you need to merge two profiles together combining history, loyalty points, etc. To merge a profile:

1. Navigate to Data -> Customers and search for the Target profile. The Target profile will be the profile that gets all of the data. 
2. In the top of the Profile you will see 3 dots. Click that to open the menu and select Merge Profile
   
   
    
3. When the pop-up appears select the Source customer that you want to merge to the Target customer
   
   
    
4. Click Merge. All data will now reside in the Target customer profile. 

Delete a profile

To delete a SiteVibes profile:

1. In the top of the Profile you will see 3 dots. Click that to open the menu and select Delete profile
   
   
    
2. In the popup that appears, confirm the profile deletion. WARNING: This cannot be undone.
