SiteVibes enables bulk uploading of coupon codes via CSV, requiring a specific header ("Coupon" or "Coupon Code") and one code per row. Uploads are managed in the dashboard under Data → Coupons. SiteVibes allows you to bulk upload coupon codes using a CSV file. This is useful when importing large batches of one-time or pre-generated coupon codes into your account.
Where to Upload Coupons
Log in to your SiteVibes Dashboard
Navigate to Data → Coupons
Select the option to Upload Coupons
This is the central location where all coupon codes are stored and managed.
CSV File Requirements
To successfully upload coupons, your CSV file must meet the following requirements:
Required Header
Your CSV must include a header column named one of the following:
CouponCoupon Code
Only one of these is required. The header name must be spelled exactly as shown (case-insensitive).
Coupon Values
Each row should contain one coupon code
Coupon codes must be plain text
Do not include spaces before or after coupon values
Upload Process
Prepare your CSV file following the format above
Go to Data → Coupons
Upload the CSV file
SiteVibes will automatically process and import the coupons
Once uploaded, the coupons will be available for use in loyalty rewards, promotions, or campaigns based on your configuration.
Common Upload Issues
If your upload fails, check the following:
The CSV includes a valid header (
CouponorCoupon Code)There are no extra columns or empty header rows
Coupon codes are unique within the file
The file is saved as a
.csv(not Excel or Google Sheets format)
