Cart Reward Messaging Module

The Cart Reward Messaging Module displays a customer’s available loyalty points directly within the cart or mini cart experience. This module allows logged-in customers to see their points balance and quickly convert those points into rewards during checkout.

Displaying loyalty information at this stage helps remind customers of the value they have earned and encourages them to redeem rewards while completing their purchase.

How It Works

When a customer is logged in and adds items to their cart, the Cart Reward Messaging Module dynamically displays their available loyalty points.

Depending on your loyalty program configuration, customers may be able to:

  • View their current points balance

  • See rewards available for redemption

  • Convert loyalty points into a discount or reward coupon

  • Apply rewards directly to their purchase

This creates a seamless redemption experience that encourages customers to use their loyalty rewards during checkout.

Where to Find It

You can access the Cart Reward Messaging Module in the SiteVibes dashboard:

Loyalty → On-site Modules → Cart Reward Messaging

Within this section, SiteVibes provides the HTML container that can be embedded into your storefront.

Installation

To install the module:

  • Navigate to Loyalty → On-site Modules → Cart Reward Messaging in the SiteVibes dashboard.

  • Copy the provided HTML div container.

  • Add the container to the desired location within your cart page or mini cart template.

  • Save and publish your changes.
