Using SiteVibes Loyalty Data in Omnisend Emails

SiteVibes integrates with Omnisend by syncing loyalty and referral data as contact properties, enabling real-time personalization in email campaigns. Properties like loyalty points, tier, and program enrollment can be dynamically inserted and displayed using conditional content. Preview and testing are recommended to ensure correct rendering for eligible contacts.

 

SiteVibes syncs loyalty and referral data directly into Omnisend as contact properties, allowing you to personalize email content using real-time loyalty information.

Once synced, these properties can be inserted into Omnisend emails as dynamic text.

SiteVibes Contact Properties in Omnisend

SiteVibes passes the following contact properties into Omnisend:

Property Name Description
sv_loyalty_list Indicates whether the contact is enrolled in your loyalty program
sv_loyalty_points The customer’s current loyalty points balance
sv_loyalty_tier The customer’s current loyalty tier
sv_referral_list Indicates whether the contact is enrolled in your referral program

These values can be used in email campaigns and automations for personalization.

How to Add SiteVibes Properties to an Omnisend Email

Step 1: Open the Email Editor

  • In Omnisend, go to Campaigns or Automations

  • Open or create an email

  • Enter the Email Content Editor

Step 2: Add a Text Block

  • Drag a Text block into your email

  • Click into the text block where you want the dynamic value to appear

Step 3: Insert a Contact Property

  • Click Personalize (or the {} merge tag icon) in the editor toolbar

  • Select Contact property

  • Search for or select one of the following SiteVibes properties:

    • sv_loyalty_points

    • sv_loyalty_tier

    • sv_loyalty_list

    • sv_referral_list

  • Insert the property into your text block

As a {{ contact.sv_loyalty_tier }} member, you get access to exclusive rewards and offers.

Using Conditional Content (Recommended)

To avoid showing loyalty messaging to customers who are not enrolled, use conditional content in Omnisend.

Example Logic

  • Show block if:

    • sv_loyalty_list equals true

  • Hide block if:

    • sv_loyalty_list equals false or is empty

This ensures loyalty-specific messaging only appears for eligible customers.

Previewing and Testing

Before sending:

  • Use Preview as Contact in Omnisend

  • Select a contact that has SiteVibes data populated

  • Confirm that loyalty points, tier, and messaging render correctly

Common Notes & Tips

  • Contact properties will only appear if the contact has synced from SiteVibes

  • New properties may take a few minutes to appear in Omnisend after the first sync

  • If a property is empty, Omnisend may display a blank value unless conditional logic is applied
